Life depends entirely on how you look at it, right? Sure, you can be down and out or up and lofty with wings but, either way, it is the way you see both yourself and your ambitions that are the difference. Ambitions make or break a person. If you haven’t the where-with-all to start your own corporation (and few do) then you should look for something that fits what you think you are capable of doing well. Something you will enjoy doing besides bank robbery, Bunko, or ripping people off from their life insurance. That takes a grossly simplistic mindset and those who do this are not smart enough to get get out of their own way. This is why we have our prisons so danged full of bumbling idiots. Color has no bearing on stupid, either!
I came from my parents, had an uncomfortable childhood, and was more shy than most of my friends. I could never talk up a storm but could listen and perceive a person’s mood from their conversations. In other words, I knew when to hold my tongue. I took a semester off from college and got drafted. I hadn’t planned on going to Vietnam so I did anyway. That was my life’s education. I got out and nothing was ever the same no matter how much I wanted it to be. So, for several years I drank myself stupid. Stupid is as stupid does, right Forrest?
I spent about 12 years learning how to build websites. This is not one, this is just a piece of software on a VPS server, and, for the most part this is an automatic install. I can build darn near anything on a VPS server now using only code. This is where my aptitude for math comes in. Technical is what I did in the service and I did it well.
I come here from my make-believe loft. Not that I feel I am a lofty person, Heaven’s no, it is just a quippy way of making light of all things sophisticated. I don’t care how sophisticated a man or woman is, they all fart. How’s that for an article concerning brass tacks?
